Since 1996 Arser has continued to provide service 24 hours a day 365 days a year with every type of internal and external training. Despite all the initial difficulties, Kumport Container Terminal, which is where Arser conducts operations, is today known as the fastest port in the eastern Mediterranean.

Because, by ensuring the flawless maintenance, repair and revision of every type of machinery Arser improves their performances in the intensive port environment and reduces wasted time to a matter of hours. Arser provides flawless service to meet every need, through the maintenance of the machinery by its expert staff and the organization of training for operators.

Arser meets all the required servicing needs through the services provided by its operations and technical team to Arkas in the Mersin, Izmir, Ambarlý and Land Terminals .

Arser provides all kinds of servicing for machinery belonging to the Arkas companies. In order to extend its extensive experience in technical and operational services to customers outside the group, Arser has formed a partnership with STILL GmbH, which is the sector leader and one of the leading manufacturers in the world.

The two companies’ vast experience meant this partnership resulted in the rapid establishment of a service infrastructure and today it provides service to the Turkish market with a STILL machinery park of over 2,000 machines.

Arser continues to develop itself in order to take its deserved place in Arkas’s future port and construction machinery projects and to realize the group’s targets. For this reason, it knows that in order to create a revolution in the sector it is necessary to introduce innovations. It regards innovations as a whole and sees the subsequent steps as infrastructure.
