Arser Heavy Machinery Service and Trade began operations in 1996. Arser handles the port services and provides support for the maritime activities of Arkas Holding and set as its mission the fulfillment of this duty in the best possible manner.

Within this framework, Arser plays an important role in the smooth operation of the container terminal and warehouse operations at all of Arkas’ ports and providing customers with the fastest, highest quality service.

Arser handles the maintenance and repair of heavy machinery belonging to Arkas at the Hadımkoy and Samandira container terminals in the port of Kumport in Istanbul, the Sutculer and Sasali Container Terminals in the port of Izmir in Izmir and the port of Mersin in Mersin.

Since 1 January 2001 Arser has been the Turkish representative for the stacking and storage machinery of STILL, which has its headquarters in Hamburg. STILL

With its technically delicate and economically proven products, STILL offers computer supported logistics programs for efficient depot management and complete solutions for industrialists.

Arser completed all the necessary infrastructure within six months, aware of its responsibilities as the authorized service provider of this advanced technology in both machinery and spare parts as well as service.

Arser demonstrated the same expertise in the STILL organization as it has demonstrated in servicing since 1996. Arser is completing its organization in six regions in Turkey and aims to reach all Turkish users of STILL.
